Coverage Check and Emsella Intake Privacy

The GLP-1 coverage-check landing page at intake.peakwellnessva.com/check and its intake and scheduling flow do not load Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. We do not send coverage-check submissions, insurance details, form answers, or booking results to advertising platforms. Campaign tags are retained within PEAK to measure completed coverage checks and appointments.

The Emsella advertising landing page at intake.peakwellnessva.com/emsella-consult, and the Emsella intake and scheduling flow do not load Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. Other public Emsella information pages may use the analytics technologies described below. We do not send Emsella form answers, submitted requests, or booking results to advertising platforms.

When you arrive through an ad, PEAK may store campaign tags in first-party cookies for up to 90 days and attach those tags to your coverage-check submission or consultation request. This helps our team measure which ads lead to coverage checks and consultations within PEAK. These records are not uploaded to advertising platforms. Our hosting and clinical service providers still process information needed to operate and secure these services. Meta may measure activity within Facebook or Instagram, including clicks on our ads, under its own privacy policy.

Note that our patient portal and intake forms are separate, secure systems and are not used to feed PHI into these analytics tools.
